Assault 4 DV Malicious Mischief 3 DV [custom_frame_right] [/custom_frame_right] Not Guilty Verdict.  Client was charged with breaking dishes in his kitchen and assaulting his brother-in-law.  We proposed a self defense case and the jury quickly came to a not guilty verdict on both counts.
